This is a Germeinhardt flute that was purchased new in 2011 for $400. It was used for one school year by my daughter. It has been in the case ever since. It does look like it has discolored or tarnished under the buttons. I’ll be honest I’m not sure if that would rub off with a cleaning or not. I really don’t know anything about flutes other than I paid 400 for it and my daughter tried it 9 years ago. :)
